Shipping & Returns

Order Processing and Shipping Time

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

  • A flat shipping fee of Rs. 100 applies to all orders within India.

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


 We want you to be completely satisfied with your Marham Bamboo Bandages purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange your unopened and unused items within 10 days of delivery.

Here are some examples of situations where we may be able to offer a refund:
1) If the product is defective or damaged.
2) If you have received the wrong product.

We will always consider each case on a case-by-case basis.

TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

  1. Contact us mail us at info@earthlingsdesign.com or whatsapp us at +91 -95889 31328‬ to request a return authorisation number (RAN).

  2. securely package the unopened and unused items in their original packaging.

  3. Include the RAN and a copy of your receipt in the package.

  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

  1. Once we receive your returned items and verify the RAN, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the items.

  2. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you as soon as possible.

EXCEPTIONS

  1. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items.

  2. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items purchased more than 10 days after delivery.
